環境：酒店離德里機場3公里左右，車程大概20-30分鐘（交通擁堵）；酒店內環境和酒店周邊完全是兩個世界； 衞生：由於酒店裝修時間有點長，衞生狀況衹能説一般，洗手枱和水杯有灰塵； 服務：第一晚安排的房間是一樓的房間，噪音巨大（走廊人説話聲音，隔壁房間沖馬桶聲音，外面的施工和車輛噪音），完全沒有辦法睡覺；第二晚換到3樓了還行； 設施：這麼大的酒店衹有中間有幾部電梯，完全不合理的設計；

Location from airport is convenient. Perhaps not much nearby to walk around and explore but there are a good amount of small shops and street food options nearby. Food from the hotel itself was very good and their breakfast spread was very good as well. The only hitch was I had paid for the breakfast at the time of check-in and the lady who checked me in probably didn't make an entry or what I don't know... at the time of check-out it was showing my breakfast bill as pending. When I asked them to verify using the CCTV footage, the gentleman at the desk went in for a brief while in some room and came back saying its cleared. That was a bit sad and unfortunate. But overall the experience was good.

I MISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO THE HOTEL’S RECEPTION STAFF EXCEEDINGLY INCOMPETENT AND UNCOURTEOUS. Their system failed to update my bookings payment, I was unable to checkout, was literally not allowed to leave the hotel even after prepaid my account due to their system or staff training issues, hence missed my international flight?? Will never be staying at this hopeless hotel ever again. In my travelling experience…this one is going to haunt me forever.

Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.The facilities were top-notch and met all our expectations. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding attitude of the staff. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their quick and precise responses to any request made us feel genuinely valued as guests. It was clear that they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort. We sincerely hope that this high standard of service will be maintained, as it truly makes a difference in the overall experience. We would love to return in the future and look forward to being your guests again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
