Very cozy but somehow roomy (high ceilings). Very quiet. Crazy comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend others to do so.

Overall is good for the deal that you’re getting. Was in a good location close to the main attractions of New Orleans approximately a 10 minute walk from Bourbon Street etc. However, every time I got to my room, I had to go to act down to the lobby to get my key card reset as it never worked. Gym was OK but not enough amenities and equipment breaking down. Overall room was pretty clean breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel was acceptable.

It's good for the price and location, but the trade off is cleanliness and the building's state. You get what you pay for, and I think I'd stay here again.

Very kind and welcoming front desk! The room was clean although a bit dated. Can’t beat it in that price range. Would return for a quick 永安!

The hotel service was just in average. The desk staff seemed watch their cell-phones frequently instead of paying attention to the hotel lobby entrance and guests. HSKP staff didn’t speak English but tried their best to replenish our supplies needs when we asked for. The fitted bed sheet was not clean with black marks on it on arrival night. The guest room telephone wasn’t working. We had to go to the lobby to report it to the front desk, and showed the dirty sheet pictures to the desk. There wasn’t any apology from the desk staff, and he provided a set of new sheets to us. The hotel also charged service fee / resort fee per night, which was additional to our prepaid reservation. What was the service fee for ? For HSKP service or front desk service ? We had DND entire stay and we didn’t have interaction with the front desk for any special service as they paid attention to their mobile phones, not guests. The hotel location was a plus.

호텔의 위치는 번화가와 가까웠습니다. 합리적인 가격으로 시티뷰의 깨끗한 룸에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 주차비는 45달러 정도로 발렛 서비스가 제공되는데 주변 호텔도 대부분 주차비를 요구합니다.

괜춘 방은 좁으나 깔끔했습니다. 주차비 $30(옆건물 셀프 주차) ㄴ 발렛 신청시 $45+택스 에어컨 소리 시끄러웠으나 조절 가능 방음 잘 안됨 버번 스트릿까지 도보 10분 길 건너편 스타벅스 있음 카드키 자주 오류 나서 2번 재등록

My safe locked without me putting in a code and the hotel was quick to get it opened up for me. I was a little panicky because My flight out was early the next morning.
