Electricity charging points are located at inconvenient points; especially challenging in reaching charging points for phones and laptop inside the bedrooms. Standing shower head; poorly selected; very rigid; no room for manoeuvring to a good angle for water-falls. Shower head tend to droop by itself. Should provide better flexible hose type of shower set. Toilet should provide bidet and WC plastic seat rather flimsy plasticky. Rather stingy in providing enough hooks for hanging clothes inside bathroom. A cutting board provided in the kitchen to cut fruits etc. will be helpful. Induction stove; time to upgrade. Current one; has no indicator lights; whether power was on or off. On and off switch for stove; missing the ON sign; leaving us scratching our head to figure out whether the stove was switched on. Poses potential fire hazard. Stingy in providing waste disposal plastic bag upfront. Poor quality of complementary provided coffee or tea bags. Lack of covered walkway shelter against the elements to the reception and laundry room.

Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.
