It was a decent stay at Hotel 57. Natural advantage given location of the hotel, with tons of food options nearby, and walking distance to most of my meetings in midtown Manhattan. I find the design of the room sub par. For instance, the TV is above the study area, and the latter is kinda boxed up. The tap lever in the toilet needs to be pushed in to on the water supply, which is unintuitive. There isn’t a natural spot to open up the luggage for packing. Overall, the pros do outweigh the cons for the most part.

The hotel is quite good, and considering its highly advantageous location, other flaws seem acceptable, such as the small room, tiny windows, an old plastic coffee machine, lack of drinking cups, and no toiletries set, etc. The service is excellent, very efficient and convenient. The gym on the third floor is fantastic and spacious, and the business room is thoughtfully equipped with computers and printing facilities. Finally, next time when storing luggage, please do not put this ugly sticker on customers' luggage, as it is almost impossible to remove.

Unplanned 永安 to New York and we had to book hotel gor the very same night. Luckily we found 2 rooms here. The location is just perfect. Too expensive and not so clean hotel rooms. The elevator was broken and the buttons too. Dusty everywhere. Regarding the room, it was just okay and I repeat it was dusty. The window was so muddy that we couldn’t see the view despite our room was with nice views (which we paid extra money for). No parking was too exhausting.

The king junior suite is big, and we need to use the sofa bed, but sofa is not so clean. The room is also quite old. The equipment in the room is also not too clean comparing to other cities in US. But in NY standard, it is not bad.
