有點老舊，其他還好。寸土寸金這個位置最便宜的酒店，服務好很多，價格不貴，環境也不錯，房間乾淨，極力推薦。

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación dentro de Soho, aunque por las tardes hay bastante ruido por la entrada al Holland Tunnel. En la esquina hay un supermercado que tiene un deli con buenos desayunos. El mobiliario de las habitaciones están un poco desactualizados, pero se cuida la limpieza. Internet funcionó bien. La estación de metro Spring St está a solo 2 calles.

The wifi was awful, 38 mbps, and the manager acted "surprised" when I approached him about it. This despite charging a hidden fee of $40.00 per day when I arrived for the internet and "other services" (free bottled water at the front desk, unacceptable if not illegal). I had to go to a coffee shop. The AC was marginal during 88 degree weather, it did not blow hard but no matter the setting did barely "alright." Would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone I cared about. The location was near my event so it sufficed. The room had a connecting door to the next room where 3 large, loud women were staying. Thankfully they were quiet during sleeping hours. Otherwise, I did not enjoy listening to their blah blah conversation during day hours. Maid staff was very nice and friendly, it just so happens I don't utilize room refreshing during a stay, I put the "do not disturb" sign on for my entire stay and make due with the room until I leave. The real question for any stay, any meal anywhere, is would I do it again? Unequivocally NO, is my answer.

Awesome location. Very easy to get in and out. Decent size rooms, but definitely a bit dated. Wifi was a little spotty, but this is just what you need for a business stay. Would definitely stay here again.
