Paid a lit for a jacuzzi suite jacuzzi did not work for two nights out of 3 and was refused any refund.

No hot water in the evening, bath tube dirty,beds so sage, paint piling off the walls and doors..terrible, never stayed in such a dump. Don't be fooled by the breakfast, it's only hard boiled eggs and bagels basically. Ohh and $9 parking fee in this dump which wasn't ever mentioned Never again!!!!!!

I think it was one of the worse places I ever stayed at you have to pay 7 dollars to park and the parking lot is full of potholes. the TV in the room was so fuzzy I couldn't even watch it the beds where uncomfortable and i forgot to mention you have to pay a 100 dollars deposit for the room and we had to move to a different room because it smelled like cigarettes and I'm 69 years old Hadi caped they put me on the 2nd floor and had to walk outside on the balcony a long walk. and there people living there all the time and have a chair outside that says f---off not very professional and last but least someone pulled the fire alarm and woke us up what a crazy night and place.

Nothing like it was supposed to be. If I could have given negative stars so would have. Had no restaurant like stated even found drug paraphernalia under sofa. First time I ever went to Canada will never ever go back to this hotel. Hidden fees pay for onsite parking and 300 dollar deposit. Will be refunded apron checkout still waiting. Place should be closed down.
