Ottima ubicazione (vicino alla stazione Nice-ville e al lungomare e al centro), stanza spaziosa, bagno bello anche se cieco e senza aereazione, angolo cottura piccolo ma funzionale. Ottimo per famiglie.

They were kind enough to upgrade our room to a really spacious room. The bathroom had a really nice bathtub with the best shower. The living room was also very nice, but the kitchen was small for that size of room. It’s an old hotel that just needs a little bit of refurbishing(painting maybe) Location is perfect. Close to all the sites. We walked down from Nice-Ville (train station), it’s about 200m to the beach and Galleries Lafayette is about 700m away.

A short and pleasant walk from the tram station that brought us from Nice Airport. A warm and professional greeting from the (excellent) receptionist. Spacious apartment which we found to be clean and stylish and comfortable and well-maintained. Next time we travel to Nice, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

It’s take about 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the train station. The location was ok, but the service not help. They refused to resolve the leak is AC.

The hotel was old and the facilities were not feel good. The AC always leak during our stay, but the hotel can’t resolve it. We won’t stay there anymore.

no cleaning, only after registering at the reception 2 days in advance, no water in the rooms, no coffee machine, looks like a better class hostel, the price of the apartment is too expensive for its 4* class
