My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience. The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

The hotel was in a good location and very clean. The staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. Now the downside the rooms are really really small, I think there may be some that a larger ie junior suite but not what we were allocated. There is no facilities and no sitting space outside of the hotel. Would I stay again, yes if I managed to get a bigger room definitely not in the room we stayed in 118.

I got scammed by the owners- first time ever on 永安. I reserved an Executive King room with City View but was instead assigned a disabled room on the ground floor—obviously not the one I booked. The condition of the room was unacceptable: both the sink and shower were clogged, and there was zero sound insulation; I could hear literally everything from the lobby, including every footstep of guests coming in and out or even the clerk coughing. When I approached the staff about the room mix-up, they dismissed my concerns, stating that the price I paid was already a good deal for what I received. They even offered to move me to a different room for an additional €120. After a totally sleepless night, I pleaded to be moved to the room I originally booked. Instead, I was given a twin room with a cramped kid's bed on side which had disgusting stains on it, as well as hair in the bathroom. The cherry on top was the dismal view of the staircase. Probably not what we call a “City View”. I am utterly shocked by this experience and strongly believe this property should not be listed on 永安. To anyone visiting Nice: I strongly recommend avoiding this property, as your room assignment will be determined by a Russian Roulette.

We traveled as a family of 4 and got two rooms next to each other. The space was tight but it had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. It was close to the beach and train station.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля для туристов. Магазины, вокзал и променад в 10-15минутах. Рестораны и парк в той же удалённости.Недалеко супермаркет.Но почему носит **** не поняли. Номера крошечные, значительно меньше заявленных 17м. Очень тесно. Кофеварка и чайник есть, но вот капсулы и чай не приносят! Впервые такое, впрочем, может это горничные экономят? Оставили чаевые, так даже полотенца не просушили, так и оставили защемлённым душевой дверцей . Мы были в шоке! Больше не оставляли, только в день выезда, потому, что пакетов с бумагами оставили. Но вот спальный комплект великолепен!! Как в пятизвёздном. Может за прекрасные матрац, подушки и одеяло добавили звезду.Администраторы приветливые. В целом, если Вас не пугает теснота, отель рекомендую.

The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

服務態度非常好 我很晚才到酒店 結果很及時的給我開了門辦理入住，房間很安靜，就是沒有找到吹風機，不過其他都很好，冰箱有免費的水，還有小陽台。下一次來，會繼續預訂的！
