桑傑酒店 (Hotel Sanjay)

I had paid 4k for a four bedded room, which I feel very expensive for such an average hotel. TV screen was broken, I had requested them to replace TV but they didn't replace it.

The cheap & best comfortable stay in ooty, will get everything on the same premises at the cheapest price and the parking area is also very big and easy accessibility to all main attractions.

The stay was very good and the room was very clean. Hot water and drinking water is available 24 hrs.lift is not available in this hotel so,better to take the room on the first floor. The restaurant is available on the ground floor and food is good

centrally located, clean and calm rooms, nice staff, adequate amenities.. i would like to stay there again

Hotel was neat and clean.Hot water available 24 hours. Restaurant is also available in hotel where we can get decent Lunch and dinner.Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Hotel location is fine , but no breakfast service and other room assistance is very poor

Property photo was fake. I travelled with my family every time we booking the room trust from the photos, but they uploaded all fake photos. Don’t trust them.There are no lift.

Neat and clean with balcony and city view. The location of the hotel is great for quick access to market area, Ooty station and tours & travel options. Hotel staff was polite and well behaved and plus point was in house kitchen. Overall a good stay in budget.

During my recent stay at Hotel Sanjay in Ooty, I encountered several issues that made the experience quite unpleasant. The room assigned to me was in poor condition; the bed had an unpleasant odor, and the water pipes were malfunctioning, making it difficult to access clean water. Additionally, the ceiling fan operated at a very slow speed, providing little relief from the warm weather. To my dismay, I even spotted a rat in the room, which raised serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards. Furthermore, the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and a lack of courtesy, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Hotel Sanjay to other travelers.

Hotel is at very good location. very neat and clean only thing there is no lift so everytime we need to take staircase which is really painful for my old parents.
