Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

New hotel with great value. Room was nice and spacious and the rooftop pool has great views. It's quiet and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us rent a scooter and to book bus tickets.

Khách sạn mới, ac chủ và nhân viên đều nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng ngon. Chỉ tiếc hôm mình đi thang máy hỏng nên leo thang bộ hơi mệt. Lúc về còn đc tặng quà nữa.

房間非常新，老闆很熱情，打雷停電會主動跟我們説明情況，什麼時候來電。走的時候還送我們一個特產，對停電錶示歉意。

Fraîchement construit (2025), cet hôtel est loin de la vieille ville "Phố cổ" (# 4km). Pas de transport commun, seul moyen de transport est le taxi ou la location d'un scooter. En revanche, c'est très calme !
