二世古大酒店 (Niseko Grand Hotel)

四週環境優美，房間設備非常新且乾淨，温泉浴池寬敞舒適，飯店人員也都很親切，是目前為止所住過最好的飯店

チェックインでの少しのお喋りから、温泉の良さ、お部屋の充実ぶり、全て素晴らしかった。建物やエレベーターには年代を感じますが、お部屋は都會にあるようなビジネスホテル並み。USB充電が枕元とデスクにもありました。一つだけお願いがあるとしたら、お部屋のお茶用に湯飲みだけでなく、マグカップがあると良かったな。やっとニセコでリピートしたいお宿を見付けました。

Very clean rooms, outdoor onsen some organic matter but mostly ok. Though they tried to close breakfast early on us one morning. 3 people including myself didn't get the full breakfast buffet. Parking is about 10 spaces or so. I went in late March, away from peak season so was enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

雖外觀老舊但內部又新又高檔，温泉湯非常有意境，是來二世谷不論旅遊或滑雪極佳的選擇

Service was good, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was ok, did not have dinner there because they only served buffet, had to eat outside, only limited choices, they provided shuttle buses to the ski areas but I didn’t use them as I had a rental car. 

The plus point of this hotel is the outdoor mixed gender onsen. The location is inconvenient, although there is shuttle bus provided but limited time slot. There is no convenience store or restaurant nearby. I was advised the late check out rate at ¥3300 per hour but I was confused when 1 of the staff advised another guest at ¥2200 per hour. Why double standard? I guess maybe it depends on the room type?

酒店很老，部分設施比較老舊，但榻榻米房很適合帶孩子或多人居住；原本擔心三個人衞浴不夠，結果每天泡温泉，直接洗了澡，温泉1樓直通，説是有100年的歷史，温泉水很棒，泡完身上滑滑的，每天滑雪累的，泡了温泉睡得很香；酒店餐廳自助早晚都很簡單，特供晚餐要提前3天預訂，沒吃上。但酒店出門轉右走5分鐘有個餐廳，圖六圖七有一種醬汁拌過的烤牛肉超好吃，滑雪季老外擠爆了，最好預訂，不讓要晚上20:00以後才能吃上。他家的特調梅子酒也很好喝。圖四是到札幌的班車；圖五是到各滑雪場的班車。給大家分享！

五層的餐廳可以俯瞰戶外混浴温泉池美景，早餐質量高。房間整潔舒適有很大的暖風機，兩個停車場充足車位，對面的第二停車場旁邊還有温泉出水口，很多本地人來接水帶回去飲用。前台可以隨時領取混浴用的浴衣，不允許穿泳裝進入。大堂裏有小超市，扭蛋機，投幣寄存櫃。

初めて行かせていただきました。 受付スタッフの方や朝食の時に対応して下さいましたスタッフの方いらっしゃいました。とても素晴らしい対応して下さいました。夫婦2人で一緒に感謝の気持ちです。 ちょっと気になるところは1人の若いお客様（日本人）が燃えるゴミ箱にペットボトル捨てていかれた後に他の方も何でも捨てられて行った時にはお客様のマナーの悪さに殘念に思いました。とても注意が出來ない私でしたがゴミ箱の物を分別はさせていただきました。 我が子（マナーの悪い若い方）同じ世代がいます。同じことを教育できたのかとても不安になり夫婦で心配にもなりました。 これからもマナーの悪い方々に対して注意出來る大人でいたい自分がいます。 ホテルの方々、露天風呂、お部屋は最高でした。 また利用させていただきたく思います。 ありがとうございました。感謝致します。
