柔居公寓酒店-馬恩河畔諾讓 (Appart'Hotel Vacancéole Paris Quai de Marne - Ex Adagio)

J’avais demandé un lit double et j’ai eu 2 lits simples à roulettes… et la douche n’avait pas de pommeau de douche et impossible de prendre un bain car pas de bouchon pour boucher le bain et éviter que l’eau ne parte.

On a passé un bon séjour. Les chambres sont propres. Les personnels sont accueillants. Joyeux reviendrai sûrement. Je recommande à tout le monde

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience was terrible from start to finish, and I highly recommend staying somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! 1. It's very dirty and poorly maintained. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The blanket had stains, the bathroom had a leak and smelled strongly of urine, and there were hairs and dust all over the floor, kitchen, tables, and bed. The pictures don't even show how bad it was in person. 2. The hotel never answered my emails or calls regarding a few questions about my booking. It took over a week to get any response at all, and that only happened after I contacted 永安 and they intervened on my behalf. The hotel never replied directly to me or acknowledged any of my messages. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. 3. Location was terrible and inconvenient. It takes around 1hr to go to the most popular attractions (Eiffel tower, Notre dame etc.). The nearest train station (RER E) is a 15 mins of walking uphill, which didn't even work half the time I was there. There are bus stops near RER E but they take even longer to get anywhere. The next closest option (RER A) is a 25-minute walk. 4.The air conditioner didn’t work, and the room was freezing with only one thin blanket. I eventually got an extra blanket and a small heater from the receptionist, which helped a bit, but this should have been fixed before guests arrived. 5. Even though I didn’t book my stay with breakfast, you have to pass through the breakfast area every day to get to your room. It didn’t look appealing at all and the selection seemed very small, and given how unclean the rest of the place was, I wouldn’t have touched the food there. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

前台的服務時間至晚上九點，我們21:01到達，等了數分鐘，前台為前面的先生處理好後，告訴我已經過了入住時間，無法幫我處理入住手續，讓我先上房間，明天他們營業時間再來。到達房間後，發現只有半瓶沐浴露和一塊番梘，洗澡後浴室會漏水，你會發覺走廊地面有水…最重要的是，冷氣機完全沒有反應，酒店位置又在河畔，打開窗的話會有大量昆蟲，（我只打開了半個小時，天花上已經密密麻麻一大堆），不開窗的話又喘不過氣、熱得要死，快把我搞瘋。附近有兩個火車站，比較近的走路15分鐘，遠的大概30分鐘，每次進出市區最少花費1.5小時。

幫客人預訂的，沒有和我説入住感受怎麼樣，不過客人沒有不好的反饋出來，那麼來説應該算是還可以的吧。
