A worst experience ever experience last night, with hotel staff not cooperative ***** with construction work is going till 4 am

Dinner was ordered at 10pm. Till 11. 30pm, it was not served. Finally, i walked to outside dhaba and ate something. The bathroom shower is blocked, chocked. Finally i poured the water from bucket for taking bath.

Poor hospitality, no phone and non working tv in room. Seepage in washroom. Not recommended.

I stayed here for a total of 6 nights. Stay was good. Food was tasty specially amritsari chole. Tea was good as well

I had a great experience at the hotel. Staff is well behaved and very helpful. I must recommended this hotel.

Food was okay and room was decent. And staff was cooperative! and they are understanding and flexible with check-in!

Rooms are small and congested. Both room & bathroom was clean. Our bathroom had some drainage problem & water pooled into the main room. We had to ask them to clean it. Food was okay.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and asked the receptionist girl for a room. She said the room is available and i can check-in now. She gave me the rate +taxes. I checked the price it was +taxes. And by her 2 times confirmation. I made the booking. The moment i made the booking and showed to her. She denied to give me the room and said you have paid less and now you can’t get a room. And demanded extra 700. I was tired and need some sleep. So i paid that also. I am a frequent traveller and monthly i check-in more than 15 hotels. Nobody ever demanded me something like this for a early check-in. They don’t know the value of a guest. The girl was continuously on call and changing the statements. Most of the hotels provide complimentary early check in if room is available. But they are taking a guest as money making machine. Terrible.
