Limited options in breakfast menu. Rooms are good but washroom water clearance is big issue. While washroom is used I have experienced water accumulation in washroom which takes life to go. So rated it average.

This hotel provides very comfortable accommodation and delicious food at a reasonable price. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

They initially allocated the corner room with no proper structure and room was extremely small not as like shown in images. Room service is also very slow with poor management.

Excellent stay with great food and ambience. They were very prompt in their service. It was very clean. I will come back again

Service is good, staff was courteous breakfast was buffet with an average spread. Dinner was buffet but you have to order individually from the list given Quality of food was good.. spread was average Old property, 5th floor has a bad odour when you enter

Ultimately a hotel during work stay is to get a good night's sleep. But when that is what is missed, all other good things are over shadowed. The AC vent was so noisy that I had to sleep for two nights with the AC switched off. On checking with the hotel maintenance staff as well as the dest teams, I am told the issue cannot be resolved and that the other rooms too hv similar problem. Very unfortunate situation. The hotel otherwise is very well kept, the staff is courteous and the restaurant serves decent food. Linen is neat. The rooms are bit small for the price but for a solo travels would not be a deterrent. But again, if in a room that has no ventilation, if one has to sleep without the Aircon, that simply negates all the good things there.
