Full marks on cleanliness. Location and rooms were good. The behaviour of the staff was also good.

Though rooms are generally ok but services and facilities are not up to mark. Breakfast buffet is not regular thing. AC in room was not functional and had to shift the room. Hot water is not available in the bathroom.

Frequent power cut approx 20-30 times a day which was irritating and we were unable to sleep properly. Insects were there on the bed and other places. Proper pest control was not done. We asked to change our room but they just said that we conduct pest control. The room and bathroom were very small and the flush was not working properly.

Had a terrible experience staying here. Very noisy and atmosphere full of rush. Not worth staying here.

Our stay was not good because of room’s washroom was smelling very bad unpleasant. Complained about the same twice. Not satisfactory resolution was not done

The hotel room had no water for straight 15 minutes without any intimation, had shown 158 sq feet of room size however it was barely even 80 sq feet. Ruined my experience and would not book hotel again this was my last experience

Location was good. The food was average. The management staff however was very disrespectful. We stayed with our parents and the staff kept on mentioning that our parents would lose the key card or would invite the unregistered guests to stay. This was outrageous. We booked a room for the entire day even though we had to stay for a few hours, abiding by the policy of the hotel, still they made all sorts of comments. Very unprofessional and imposing kind of attitude.

2 dagen voordat we dit hotel zouden bezoeken liep ons progamma uit , Ik probeerde 2 kamers anderhalve dag vóór aankomst te annuleren, maar ik vond geen gehoor. Ze waren echt niet volgeboekt,.. dus 1 kamer hadden ze coulance halve echt wel kunnen crediteren, maar nu hadden we 2 kamers verlies, jammer wordt volgende keer zeker een ander hotel.
