"disappointed with the lack of response and service. My early check-in request was ignored, leaving me stranded for 7 hours after a 48-hour flight. Had my email been addressed, i could have canceled and avoided extra costs. This experience has been frustrating, with no refund or support provided. I urge to improve guest communication and service.
