Le séjour s’est bien passé, l’hôtel se trouve pas loin du métro 5 ! La chambre était propre !

I am absolutely shocked by the service provided by this hotel. They don’t provide fresh towels or bed sheets. They just come into the rooms and seem to tidy the pillows but don’t change any of the bedding nor pillow case. The same towels that were used they were again folded and put to aside, assuming that it’s fresh towels however it wasn’t. There was so much dirt around the room. The floor was never cleaned whatsoever. There was dirt on and around the beds. Big concern is if they even bother changing it before the next customers use the rooms. I am not sure how this hotel is still operating as they do not provide any of the services they offer besides a car park and air-con. Hygiene levels are terrible. I am not one to usually name and shame a place but for the sake of others I have to rate this place 2/10.

Eerste dag bij terugkomst hotel deur niet gesloten door kuispersoneel. Onthaal op de hoogte gebracht en is daarmee niet  meer gebeurd.  Vrijdagmorgen en zaterdagmorgen bij het ontbijt had het personeel  weinig tijd , had enkel oog voor haar Gsm. S’avonds laat langs de straatkant altijd veel lawaai en ook s’morgens vroeg.

Super dans l'ensemble. Côté négatif en peu de bruits pour les voitures qui passent sur la route principale, Côté positif beaucoup de commerce et restaurant à côté !
