I tried different rooms in this hotel, but every room is different, one dont have towel, another one dont have bottom water in the room

I booked this hotel because it was near the Sea adventure but v upset & disappointed that it was closed since Covid, not even updated in the website. Basically, nothing much to go near this hotel, except the beach there. The hotel staff was kind enough to shuttle us to Montigo resort when they learn of our situation. However, the facilities there are meant for those Montigo hotel guests & other visitors need to pay extra fees.

When we are about to sleep the bed suddenly broke. The management didn’t give us another room so we check out at 1am and find another hotel to stay. We are very tired and need to get some rest, very disappointed.

The location is too far from town and there’s not much facilities and food options. The beach area has nothing much, only 1 cafe and 1 bar.  Service is not great as well, the staffs are not pleasant as well to questions. Toilet door of the Apartment Room is spoiled, unable to open. There’s nothing much great..

Crossed country to neighboring countries by ferry to Batam Island. There were many ongoing development projects during our visit. We had a wonderful time exploring the islands! 🏝️

The location is really nice but quite far from the city and the sea view is amazing. Some Amenities are lack but really comfy to go on staycation with friends.
