工作人員非常熱情有禮貌。海邊安全也可以玩水。位置很美，早餐也非常不錯。關鍵是這家酒店價格很合理。衞生也比較好。

我要給五顆星給這個酒店的司機，服務太好了！可以在入住前一天聯繫酒店到下船的地方接你，然後去坐船的時候也是可以從酒店預訂車送去碼頭，是免費的，真的很方便。很幸運我們遇到了這個司機小哥，他會很主動的幫我們拿行李，幫我們辦理落地簽，幫我們填寫出入境卡…服務一級棒！酒店環境也非常好~這次行程除了天氣不好。什麼都很好~下次還會來~

Loved our stay here! Such a beautiful resort and beach front. The location is good for a clear beach and ocean view, no ships/ferries nearby. The pools were great too. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only the ventilation was not working in the toilet so everything remained rather wet for longer. Breakfast spread was good, Indonesian and western. They have a restaurant open there for lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the door men and buggy and shuttle drivers. We wanted to try a restaurant at Montigo and they kindly buggy-ed us to outside the property. Location is only 30 - 40 min from Nagoya city.

Third time to visit and I love this place. Great for families with toddlers. Staffs are very nice and accomodating, from receptionist to food servers to housekeeping. Great people.

房間衞生乾淨，兩面環海，陽台上面吹着風很舒服，附近配套設施很齊全，下樓就有飯，本地菜做的挺不錯，服務很到位，有問題基本都能及時解決

酒店距沙灉就幾百米，海景房景觀非常好，wifi speed錯，位置有些偏遠，周遭吃的什麼也木有，只能在酒店解決

Decent resort with amenities and all, for a quick getaway this resort works just fine. You can grab in food if room service options dont fancy you. Only downside is it's about 50 mins by car from batam centre ferry terminal and city centre shopping area. Breakfast was quite disappointing because this is smth many look forward to in a getaway. Options were little. Service and hospitality was amazing ✌🏽

We went on a Saturday and it was fully booked. We didn’t get a King size bed that we reserved. Breakfast the next day was also a bit chaotic, as the hotel struggled to seat guests at the same time. We had to wait outside for a while before we got a table. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities were standard. Rooms were clean and nice. The construction work in front of the hotel somewhat obstructed our view of the sea, which was 10 minutes away from the hotel. We could see the sea from our sea view room, but the view wasn’t that nice. Sidenote: Did not enjoy the Kelong seafood restaurant. The food was terrible.

รวมๆเเล้ว โรงเเรมดีมาก ถูกเเละดี สะอาด พนักงานมีมารยาทมาก โรงเเรมมีหาดส่วนตัว หาดทรายสะอาด น้ำใส ภายในล็อบบี้โรงเเรมมีกิจกรรมเเละการเเสดงให้ดูตลอด บรรยากาศดีมาก เเละในโรงเเรมมีร้านขายของที่ระลึกของอินโดนีเซีย รวมๆเเล้วโรงเเรมนี้ดีมาก เเนะนำ , ข้อเสียคือถ้านั่งเรือมาลงที่ท่าเรือbatam center จะค่อนข้างไกลจากโรงเเรม ต้องนั่งรถเเท๊กซี่จากท่าเรือมาโรงเเรมใช้เวลา30-40นาที, เเต่ถ้าลงท่าเรือ Nongsapura จะมีรถของโรงเเรมมารับส่งฟรี

Service is good. Swimming pool is good. Location js about 30min from batam centre ferry terminal, if traffic is good. Seaview is fair. However, cleanness needs to be improved. The bed sheet has stains. Breakfast is mostly local style and a bit of western style. Overall a bit limited in breakfast options.
