烏爾班維尤R之家酒店巴淡島 by 紅門 (Urbanview Hotel R House Batam by RedDoorz)

Solo staycation on : 7th – 9th May 2025 I had a pleasant stay during my recent solo 永安. One of the highlights was how affordable the hotel was, especially considering it was a last minute booking. The front desk staff were helpful, taking time to explain the room options clearly and assist me with my online booking (Cashless) The amenities provided were thoughtful: outside couch, towels, hangers, shampoo, and 2 toothbrushes, mineral bottle water… The bathroom was clean with a water heater (Which always tricky adjust the water temperature), 3 pillows and a standard comforter. The rooms layout is exactly the photos shown on the booking website and both check-in & check-out were smooth and hassle free. However, there are areas that could be improve. The Wi-Fi speed was quite slow, no hair dryer, iron provided… During the night time, an odd mechanical noise (Might be the purifier or aircond disrupted). Location is very far from major tourist attractions caused some transportation costs. Street outside the hotel is creepy dark. Truly appreciated the hospitality and preparations made for guests. Look forward to seeing improvements in the future :)
