Do not believe in nice pictures

Great staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.

It was great last year this year however was very terrible experience we check in didn’t let us know about indoor pool being down or breakfast times we get to our room the door was I thought maid was in their but as we’re putting our stuff in the room we notice the door wouldn’t close all the way and lock we called fd and they said they would call maintenance that never came we have our valuables and our pet dog with us so the first night we couldn’t leave the room even though we had tickets and we told the front desk and all they said was they called maintenance and they wish they could help then we try to just leave cuz what’s the point in staying in a hotel room that anyone can get into and they tell us there not allows to give a refund and no manager was there to give us one so we could go somewhere that we could close the door my gf moved the metal in the frame that was broken and we finally after about 6 hours was able to close and lock the door but only if we mess around with the door and I lean back with all might to shut it it would lock which was very inconvenient but it was around 930 so we missed our show and everything was shutdown for the night we try calling fd to not worry about the door since we got it kinda working but no one answered we’re watching tv the power goes out and the tv loses signal so I go down to fd no one is there there’s just loud music playing then some guy comes from the couch he’s hanging with some girl I’m like we got our door to work please don’t send maintenance anymore and he said honestly maintenance don’t come when your here then I tell him about the tv he just says I’m not from here idk how to work the tv but he offered to come up and look and it being 10 at night and him not knowing I told it’s ok and in the room there was bag of ice just in a plastic bag in the freezer and market basket flyer on the ground in the bathroom the entrance to the building had trash overflowing out of the baskets with flies all around all Monday day and night just this years experience was more stress than relaxing
