房間有一些甲醛的味道 其他還好 當時通風開門開窗 前台也比較熱心 空調製冷可以 洗浴設施也可以 衞生間有點小 其他還可以

Room was okay ! Suitable for traveller who hv car to go around .Limited parking if all families bring own car. First come first park .Need to drive if want get some nice foods .The reason i nt really like to stay here because I only knew that i need leave my kids in the room while i need go take away foods for my fever kid .Only one card access allowed ! Then when i cm bk ,i need ask the malay lady opened the door for me .The next day ,gt one indian boy reception said can help me get one more card and i told him why not allowed during nightime even i try requested 😂Somemore deposit needed bfr checked in but only one card access allowed .This might prevent some people waste their electricity. I feel thankful and appreciated the indian boy who help me get one more card so that i can take away foods without worries in the morning .Thanks again for the help .The boss must gv him best employee award because he very dedicated and friendly serve every customers.

Just a quick review its very bad service for this newly build hotel. Among all the hotel i stay in worldwide this the first time after cleaning service my things gone. My newly bought biscuit been opened up and took one pack which i never opened before, imagine after a housekeeping your thing gone even its just a pack of biscuit but the attitude was stealing. I immediately inform customer service, no any reply from the hotel until the next day and no any approriate response given, only telling me the housekeeping mentioned never opened. Please la then means your hotel been ******* is it then please find bomoh for ur hotel.😌 Another issue the access card cannot be use for the total 3 days of i stay. Its totally a very bad experience for me especially i been worried anything else missing in my room all the time.

是舊酒店翻修整新的，馬桶沖力不足，且味道明顯，淋浴處排水不良積水到洗完，房間沒有冰箱！很重要！！請小心看仔細，入住已經收一次6馬幣，退房又再多收一次4馬幣

The hotel looked exactly the same as the photo. Clean, convenient location and most importantly comfortable bed. Will definitly stay here again.

Location very convenient just near to one of the famous CKT. Clean and comfortable however the water pressure at the basin a bit slow. Overall stay was good.
