感覺酒店服務生水平差距很大，有的很熱情，有的很惡劣，特別是來屋裡點火的那個小哥，我都懷疑他有****，真是很恐怖；酒店環境很美，室內衞生不太乾淨特別；是被子上還粘着食物碎屑………… 早餐也平平，晚餐難吃…………

A very bad experience, the hotel staff attitude is very poor, so expensive hotel staff to the face of people rolling their eyes, the middle of the night is very cold to knock on the door of the room said to check, do not understand the adaptability of the dead brain, the hotel's internal facilities are very inhumane, in the inside of the night to hit the head four or five times, knocking through the knee bleed, the hotel has a car, we said that we are willing to pay to let him send us to the bus station, because it is very remote really! Was unable to get a taxi, the hotel had an empty car dead to rights, causing us to miss the 500 euro bus. Don't come here, you will regret it!

Staying here was a very unique experience. Whilst, during our 2 night visit, we didn't get to see the northern lights, we still enjoyed our stay specifically the glass igloo on the west village, the buffet breakfast, and just walking around the village. The dinner service can be improved as we noticed that if you dine in at a much later time let's say after 6pm the service can be slow due to the staff:customers ratio. To avoid this, we dined in at 5:30pm.

住的是Kelo，半木屋半玻璃頂的，非常大，不愧是玻璃屋的鼻祖，房間沒話説，玻璃屋下有兩張床，木屋有兩張床，另外還有一個高低床，而且別墅內就有桑拿屋，非常適合一家人住，室外玩雪也非常方便，而且因為酒店有極光鬧鐘，當晚極光爆發酒店有鬧鐘提醒，所以我們非常幸運地在這個晚上看到了極光

Magnifique chalet igloo. Des paysages superbes enneigés et calme. Nous avons pu voir des aurores boréales magnifiques grâce à l'alarme dans le chalet. Des étoiles pleins les yeux ! Et les prestations au top. Génial !

東村玻璃屋房間感覺很乾凈，房間不大也夠用，因為誤車晚上12點才到酒店路上擔心沒有24小時前台，可是非常驚喜地有，而且服務態度温柔周到；然後運氣就爆棚了，躺在床上看漫天繁星的時候極光出現了。看了一個多小時的極光，在天空不停變化，實現了躺着看極光，值了
