Stay was ok, no hot water at evening times this small things they don't tell you. No proper TV facilities it's boring. I got the details from one of my friend. Food down in the restaurant is good. Beding are not so good .ok type

What a scam I booked it online also did a payment online and when I reached the hotel they said they don’t have rooms available.

Not worthy, not clean at all. Very dirty sheets and blankets. Rooms are very old. No bathroom tissue provided

Ria residency is located at a serene location and is well connected. All amenities were excellent. The restaurant has a delicious menu. The only drawback was the lack of lift.

There was continuous water leakage in washroom & no water at late night. Also, dental kit wasnt provided

Good location, food not available, service is indifferent to poor: no intercom to reception, mobile no. To reception answered after long wait, manager/receptionist busy all the time on personal mobiles, warning: water shortage & pressure issue, internet on 2nd floor not repaired so not accessible as reqd. Maintv channels (esp en g news) not available.
