This is nice Taj property. This new property doesn’t have direct access to the beach. It is a hassle to take shuttle to go to the other Taj hotel to access beach. Of course no one with any health conscious can get into water. Ocean water completely polluted with local drain junk. Unfortunately, if you are planning on beach activities avoid goan beaches and try odissa beaches which are very clean ( for example gopalpur).

The people at the Taj Cidad De Goa are remarkably hospitable and always willing to go the distance to be of assistance wherever possible. The breakfast is good. But overall F&B at the restaurants can be improved. Overall, we had a memorable time. Would be happy to go back for the service!

Such a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff are helpful and go the extra mile. I was disheartened to observe several lapses in pool etiquette that compromised the establishment's otherwise esteemed reputation. Guests were seen entering the pool in inappropriate attire, such as pajamas and underwear , which is not only unsightly but also raises hygiene concerns. Proper swimwear is essential to maintain pool cleanliness and uphold the hotel's standards. Additionally, the presence of infants in diapers in the pool area is unsanitary, especially when a designated baby pool is available. This oversight not only affects the pool's cleanliness but also poses health risks to all guests. The disregard for established pool etiquette significantly detracted from the luxurious experience anticipated at a 5-star establishment. The unsanitary conditions and lack of enforcement of pool policies not only diminished the quality of the stay but also raised concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest well-being and satisfaction.

ツインルームを予約したが、ベッドは１つで、エキストラベッドを入れてくれた。プールサイドのチェアは早く行かないとすぐ埋まるので要注意！英語がみんなペラペラで早くて聞き取れず、翻訳機能を使って意思疎通を図っていた。施設はきれいで、落ち着いて過ごせた。 ヨガアクティビティを楽しみに朝早起きして、行っても誰もいなくて、殘念だった... ホテルのメインゲートまで送ってもらい、歩いてレストランやスーパーに行き、快適であった。

My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Замечательный отель в центральном Гоа. Состоит из 2х отелей. Сам этот отель на горе и пляжный отель. Между ними ходит шатл такси. Завтрак на 90% индийский. Это тяжело. Будьте готовы. Рестораны хорошие в обоих отелях. В меню есть и не индийские блюда. Если приехали на короткий отдых то смысла из отеля выходить нет.
