Great location for North Jakarta area. Huge mall next door for food and amenities. Room well designed. Clean. Service great. Aircond was cold. Shower could’ve been higher pressure, not bad as it is.

Complete amenities and the room furnitures still new ..love this hotel since its connecting to the mall where you can shop right away and theres a lot of restaurants to choose .

都還不錯，下次還打算住，丟了一個水杯在大堂，第二次入住就找到了，給收起來了，比較好評，入住的素質都比較高

Location is very convenient, connected to Summarecon Mall. The surrounding has many foods. Room is nice and the bed is very comfortable. Service is good. Breakfast spread is not much but the taste is ok, more to Indonesian cuisine.

The security here was very helpful, or I have to say all staffs here were friendly and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable, no wonder Harris rating very high. But I feel a little disappointed because hotel didn't fulfill our request for anniversary room decor on 12 May, instead only a towel folded into swan on the second day. Location convenient with direct access to MKG which have a tons of restaurants, Harris seems always high occupancy. One morething I think Harris a bit pricey, with this price I could stay in Grand Mercure Kemayoran 5 star hotel and bigger room. Overall we are satisfied with Harris Kelapa Gading except it was a little pricey actually everything was amazing here
