This place is disgusting! The front desk people don't say hello or anything at all! I dealt with 2 different people and neither one of them said anything. When I told them my toilet wouldn't flush & the stove was filthy. Not one word was said to me. He wrote down my room number. I left the place for 10 hours. They fixed the toilet & left the stove just as it was. I have pictures! When I left the next day I said my stove was disgusting. The oven has so much dirt in it it was never cleaned. He never said anything & took my room cards. Totally unacceptable !!!!! The mold around the tub was not expected. I planned on taking a hot bath after driving 7 hours but NO the tub didn't have a stopper plus the mold

I was extremely disappointed as soon as I arrived I went to check in I was already was exhausted from being at my Brother in laws funeral services all day. I unfortunately wasn't able to check in for my first night due to unexpected situations that happened with my Family. I was able to finally go get some rest and that was on my second day of my 2 Day reservation which was at this point 5:00am and the lady who was checking me in told me that they canceled my reservation and no refund which fine I get it for the first night because I was not able to check in but for the second day I couldn't understand why they would cancel my second day for no reason at all. So as I was standing there already exhausted and

酒店極度陳舊，房間有一股刺鼻的異味，傢俱非常陳舊，床也很不舒服，簡直沒辦法睡覺，感覺渾身上下難受，會被小蟲子咬。洗手間的水池出水口是生銹的，房間地板地毯很臟，有明顯的污漬，廁所的地板很粘，衞生狀況很糟糕👎我們本來訂了四晚，後來要求永安幫忙申請退款，實在是沒辦法住下去！極度糟糕的體驗！
