Overall is average.. ada nyamuk dalam kamar, seprei got stained.. amenities not much. No hairdryer.. for the hotel to claimed as 5 stars.. the quality is 3 stars even below three stars

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

Alhamdulillaah sudah 4kali bolak balik minap disini. Hanya saja kemarin saat pesan full room. Sehingga dapat kamar ujung. Wifi hilang timbul

Cek in mudah & tanla deposit. Kamarnya lumayan luas tapi bantalnya kurang bersih kayah gak di bersihin. Kamar mandi juga oke hanya saja agak lama airnya genang. Menu sarapannya lumayan banyak & beragam. Rasanya juga oke, di sampinv hotel ada mall. Over all oke

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭
