I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The level of service was outstanding — every request was handled promptly and professionally. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, or the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I especially appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate special needs and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their cooperation and hospitality truly made a difference. It’s rare to find such a consistently helpful and courteous team, and it made my entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service and genuine care.

Best service is available. The staff is very nice. The location and interior of the hotel is very good.The room is very clean and neat. My experience was very good.The hotel was very clean. The stop was also very good. I would recommend that you give them a chance to serve you.

Lift was not working. AC was not working properly, asked multiple times to check but not taking seriously. Service was too slow. Overall experience is terrible, not going to go ever.

Food service is very slow. The receptionist started calling at 10:30 am to check out. She made multiple calls for this. She should have patience, sometimes customers may not be feeling well for health problems.
