boy sitting on reception was terrible, he was rude and spoke very badly. so we returned back from reception of hotel

Depressing look and feel, springs coming out of mattress. Towels which should have been discarded long back and being used. Bad service. You have to ask for everything,

Poor hygiene, bad smell, horrible bathroom. The photos and reality both are didderent. I will never recommend this. Waste of money

Hotel rooms were not clean as expected and they even refused to change bedsheets which were clearly uesd before ! and other services were good

I think they earn majorly from their banquet hall which is why they don't manage their rooms properly. Bad bathrooms, dirty blankets etc. Although, their staff is good.

Have stayed in the hotel multiple times. The staff has been very professional helpful all the time. The room was neat with clean linen. The hotel is located at prime location and easy to access. Always feels good to stay at this place. Enjoyed the stay and keep up the good hospitality.

i recently stayed at evora hotel, delhi, for one night and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. to begin with, cleanliness was severely lacking. i found a cockroaches all over in my room, and the toilet was not properly cleaned, which was extremely off-putting. additionally, the sound from a banquet function was unbearably loud, making it difficult to rest. i had to leave immediately and checkin in another hotel. the condition of the lift was another issue—pathetic and poorly maintained, not at all cleaned and it was used for banquet service also. overall, the lack of basic hygiene, maintenance, and soundproofing makes it hard for me to recommend this hotel to others. i hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving their standards.

No amenties proper all dirty .. even no receiption phone no. no mentioned.. I dont want any everything call and ask.. So not..because which i seen really terrible no words to say.. Bathroom too dirty.. coffee kit is full of cockroaches. photo attahced Towel given very dirty No words to ssay My brekfast money also wasted i need to leave 7.30am, but it ready by 8.30am i want money back

When I visited, my experience was quite bad compared to other hotels. It was a very bad experience.breakfast it was completely cold.

The rooms were really huge and spacious and the sweet smell is the room is the best. The room service was quick if anything asked. The aroma of the hotel was really great. overall good to go.
