Hotel was lovely. Nice and quiet too. Booked a deluxe room, very happy with room - very spacious, super king bed and clean. Restaurant seemed rather pricey for what you got, and everyone being told they don't have this or that, even drinks. All in all a great hotel, can't wait to stay again.

Everything from check-in to departure was perfect . The room was spotless with a big comfortable bed . We used the spa and pool which was all extremely clean with very polite staff at reception . This is our 3rd visit here and each time we’ve been very impressed Breakfast was very pleasant as were all staff .Vast selection of food and beverages for all dietary requirements . We enjoyed the full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection followed by some fresh pineapple / watermelon . We’ve stayed here a couple of times when we fly to UK and will continue to enjoy a weekend break here in the future .

Really nice hotel and spa. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely. Going early in the Morning is a great decision as it was very quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing weekend getaway in a lovely location. Lovely room, nice dinner, helpful staff. Few negatives - old TV - no Netflix, no tea/coffee/kettle provided in the rooms, room telephone does not work so difficult to reach reception (long wait on direct number from mobile) we ended up walking down to reception to speak to someone. Overall a great experience and will likely return.

Great place to stay. A little out of town. Need to order a taxi from the centre in advance. But, good staff. Breakfast had a great selection: fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries. Beautiful surroundings too!

Booked through an intermediary and then changed the booking which the hotel dealt with and our room was ready when I arrived. Breakfast I would rate as budget, pineapple and melon was hard. Staff very pleasant and buffet we had at the wedding in the hotel we were attending was tasty.

Really enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful.
