Elderly parent stayed here in an Accessible Room while her heating system was replaced. Staff were excellent with her, extremely helpful and aware of her needs. Room was very clean and well equipped. There are so few accessible rooms in Nottingham and this was top notch. Facilities a bit lacking for main meals. Local area a little run down too. But overall very good.

Clean rooms with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Staff very friendly both on reception and in hotel bar, would certainly stay here again when I next come to Nottingham. Well located to explore the city..!!

Great location, great service. I was lucky to have my room upgraded to superior for free (the room was super spacious) and they provided Elemis amenities! Really comfortable stay.
