I booked a double room that was larger than expected and decorated just like in the photos. The breakfast had a good variety. Only complaint is the plumbing- the flush wouldn't always work and the basin drained slowly.

Everything is good except the hotel doesn't tell that the guests are responsible for parking. Even though the hotel gave me a voucher of roughly £5 for NCP overnight parking. I still paid £10.95 for Parking.

Excellent stay. The hotel is very centrally located and very clean. The city is small, so you can easily walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Recommended!

Great location,next to the castle and the market square. The room was clean and cozy although a bit small,but perfect for a weekend stay. The only minus there is no free car park for guests. Overall, good stay

Tiny but decently comfortable room, good location (next to the castle) and friendly staff. Nice bathroom (large and clean). No air conditioning but they do provide a little fan (although I’m not sure how effective that would be in summer!)

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old 永安 to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit
