Wasn't impressed at all with the room I was given as it was designed for a physically disabled person which I'm not. There were a few issues with the bathroom. I left the room earlier than anticipated due to feeling uncomfortable. I explained my stay at reception where I was told you will receive a email from management, I didn't receive anything.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a 永安 to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

Booked the Orchard simply because of it's convenience to the University of Nottingham as we travelled for the Open day. Lovely hotel, nicely decorated and rooms and service were fine. Would stay again.

Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The Orchard Hotel is a gem and a lovely hotel, with a grand feel to it. The staff are very pleasant and are well trained.  They serve well and are genuine in their care and attention to details The rooms are warm, comfortable and well-apportioned. The location is a little secluded and away from the city centre, but don't let that deter you.
