3주 가까이 스리랑카를 여행하면서 묶어 본 숙소중 최고의 숙소였어요... 누와라엘리야 중심부랑은 조금 떨어져있지만 그 점이 가장 큰 장점입니다... 조용하고 호수와 주변에 펼쳐진 차밭이 정말 멋진 풍경을 선사해 주는 곳이에요... 객실도 넓고 깨끗하고, 사장님도 아주 친절하십니다. 10분만 걸어가면 만날 수 있는 차밭을 여유롭게 산책할 수 있고, Lover's Leap 폭포와 Single tree언덕도 걸어갈 수 있어요... 가성비 최고의 숙소였어요~~

This wonderful hotel boasts English charm and warm Sri Kanjan hospitality! We were freezing cold after a long motorbike journey and we're promptly treat to a great pot of hot tea. All food is freshly prepared and so delicious. I really recommend staying in for dinner. The rooms are cosy and comfortable (no need for fans or aircon) and wifi is good.

We were warmly welcomed with lashings of hot tea after an arduous journey. Terrabella is like an English guesthouse with clean furnishings and a contented feeling. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with soft beds, kettle, hit showers and good wifi. The climate is cool so there is no need for aircon or fans. I highly recommend eating in the dining room - the food is delicious and service is outstanding. The meals are freshly prepared with care. It is quiet and peaceful at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and tge friendly hospitality is a highlight... along with the beef stew!

My wife and I stayed here during our 永安 to Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the great ratings on Google. The location is a little outside of town, so you’ll need to take a tuktuk to get there. It costs less than USD3, and honestly, riding through Nuwara Eliya on a tuktuk was part of the fun. The guesthouse itself feels like a large bungalow with several rooms, designed with a classic British-style interior. Our room was one floor up, not very big but cozy and just right for our stay. The highlight was the balcony that faced the lake, where we could watch the sunrise in the morning. At night, the temperature dropped to around 13°C, so we didn’t even need air conditioning. The water heater worked well, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. One thing I wished for was indoor slippers. The floor got very cold at night, so I had to wear socks, which was manageable but slippers would have been nicer. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. He greeted us with hot tea on arrival, which felt amazing in the chilly weather. Breakfast was simple but good. Since we checked out early, he prepared an American-style breakfast for us. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with beautiful views, kind hospitality, and a peaceful atmosphere.
