酒店出門右轉有個公交站，有去慕尼黑機場的公交車，票價2歐元，兩站路就到機場了。很方便！酒店洗手間有點小，不過床夠大，還不錯！沒拍酒店照片

酒店位置距離機場大約15分鐘車程酒店與機場之間有接駁車每位10歐元一程. 接駁車每半小時一班, 酒店旁的巴士站位置容易找到，但機場來的酒店接駁車巴士站不太容易找. 酒店房間很清潔睡覺很安靜. 酒店之餐廳每日定時下午2:30至晚上10時運作, 沒有太多選擇. 在櫃位則有售賣一些三文治和飲品, 對於膳食有要求的人不是太友好. 對於只住一晚還是可以接受的

距離機場10分鐘車程，門口有酒店的Taxi，打車到機場20歐到25歐之間，還可以免費寄存行李，是個出差入住的好選擇！

•位置和交通26：酒店靠近機場，地理位置非常便利，適合航班起飛前後過夜的旅客。酒店提供接駁巴士服務，方便旅客來回機場，車程約10-15分鐘，票價合理。部分用戶提到公交車站距離酒店僅50米，乘坐公共交通也很方便。 • 衞生和設施27：酒店整體衞生狀況良好，房間乾淨整潔，符合很多用戶的期待。雖然房間較小，但設施齊全，基本滿足住客需求。大堂提供遊戲設施，增添了娛樂性。酒店免費提供咖啡及其他服務，提升了用戶體驗。 •服務質量29：員工友善且樂於助人，服務態度受到多數用戶的好評。入住手續簡便快捷，提升了用戶的入住體驗。酒店提供免費接駁巴士服務，令旅客感到便利，尤其是機場班車的服務受到廣泛讚譽。

Amazing and the hitel room was too clean and the hotel management server us free coffee and other service all though out and help us alot

Free hotel shuttle provided by Airparks. At Terminal 2, follow the signs that say 'Bus/Hotel Shuttle' and head towards the Bus Terminal, Stop #11. The buses run at xx10 hrs, xx30 hrs and xx50 hrs. It makes a stop at Terminal 1 before heading to the hotels. It actually stops at a big car park building 2 mins walk from the hotel. You'll see the hotel before it turns in and alights passengers at Airpark's holding area. Then it's a short walk across the road to the hotel where you enter from the back of the hotel. Simple room, good for one, might be a squeeze for 2 persons with big luggages. No wardrobe, just open hanging hooks which is great too. No mini fridge but basic shower amenities are provided except toothbrush/toothpaste. Bed and pillows is a little too soft for my liking. Quite expensive for a one night stay, especially for me, it was just 10 hrs literally - to shower and sleep. There's a bus stop a few mins walk from the hotel where you can hop on a direct public bus for €4.10 (cash only, no change given, runs every 15 mins or so) or pay €10 for the Airparks shuttle (runs every 20-30 mins) back to the airport.

Bad. Bad. Bad. I will start by saying that I have been a happy and loyal customer to Marriott Bonvoy for several years, and specifically Moxy is often my go-to choice when traveling, as it brings the vibes of a hostel with the signature Marriott comfort and facilities. Unfortunately this time, they failed their main objective as hosts, which is to care for their guests. Life is full of unforeseen events and sudden changes, and this time, we had a flight change. Being an airport hotel, you would assume they are used to schedule changes and similar events, and yet, instead of being more flexible, they apply the strictest policy, with the intent of offering no flexibility for their customers. To give you more insight about what happened to us, due to operational reasons the airline changed our arrival city from Munich to Frankfurt. Since I already paid for the Moxy in munich, I contacted them, explained the issue and asked for a city swap, so we could stay in the Moxy in Munich airport, informing that I would be more than happy to pay for the price difference if there was any. This was the day before our check in day. Not only the hotel’s customer service didn’t show any empathy for the troubles we were already going through, but they kept on referring to the cancellation policy specifying the booking was not refundable and their system is not interconnected so they can’t modify the city for the stay. However we never asked for money back, but for a city change. Now I feel like my loyalty hasn’t paid off. The time, effort and money spent to become a gold bonvoy member, paid with being treated like a stranger. What is the difference for you Marriott, if we occupy a room in Munich or in Frankfurt? Should’t your main focus be that we actually choose your hotel chain rather than others? My questions will remain unanswered. In the meantime, in Frankfurt, we chose Hilton. Zero points for you this time.

Value for business 永安. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Takes 10-15 mins shuttle bus to/from Munich airport and hotel. Overall, a good experience in the stay.
