哈瓦那住宅 (The Havana Residence)

I often stay there and like usual it was ok. The netflix doesn’t works. If they fix the TV it would be better.

Well, the place was very good except the toilet smell and the morning noises! Otherwise nice room. Please fix that bloody toilet for better rate next time from other guests.

每天整理房間乾淨，房間大床，地理位置優越，老闆帥哥，老闆娘美少女。這次來，住的最多時間，感受最好。價格低，服務一點不低。值得推薦。

Điểm cộng: phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ Mặc dù khá gần các điểm tham quan chính nhưng cần đi bộ dốc khá cao. Nói chung so với tầm giá thì rất tốt.

The location is good. Friendly staff. The worst thing was that the water was cut off for the day during that it was a bad smell from the bathroom canalization.

These people were horrible, I tried driving to the property it was a night mare going through narrow roads that can barely fit a car down.. it took me 3 hours to drive down a few roads it was in the centre of Istanbul, it was very noisy there were thousand of cars . It took 3 hours to go one mile. When I arrived at the property it was gridlocked outside thousands of people walking up and down past the front door of property. Absolutely nowhere to park for 5 miles. You would have had to park outside Istanbul and then get a taxi to the property. The area and the building were ghetto. It was a disgusting place full of gangs outside… we didn’t even enter the building in the end… DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IT WILL RUIN YOUR ENTIRE HOLIDAY CAUSING YOU SEVERE STRESS.. we slept in our vehicle in the end just outside Istanbul.. we asked for a refund due to all these reasons and he refused, 永安 also wouldn’t give our money back, they leave it to the owner that is no mediation whatsoever. BE CAREFUL!!!

Room full of molds, horrible smell!!!

什麼破房間？居然敢叫豪華房。這個房東老闆是瘋了吧。窗戶外面就是垃圾堆。房間有蝸牛🐌和蝸牛糞便。門都發黑了，全是黴。洗澡間的噴頭都壞了。洗手枱沒有熱水，夏天還好，冬天洗冷水什麼感覺？房間門把手都沒有，用手摳門才可以關上的，我跟前台説了，他説知道，反正不去解決。好搞笑的服務。 房間通風不好。隔音不好，樓上走路都知道。隔壁説話都知道。前台沒人的，有事情都不知道找誰。房間在地下室。大晚上有人用力敲公寓大門，吵死了。一樓大門是鐵門，關門的時候聲音很大，人在睡覺經常被驚醒。地理位置不好，是下坡，拿行李箱往上走很麻煩。這1分是給個面子空調，房間有空調。
