託基温德姆度假村 (Wyndham Resort Torquay)

房間很大，環境很好。就是想吃中餐要開車去小鎮。

託基温德姆度假村位於墨爾本近郊約一小時車程的託基(Torquay)，為大洋路必經之路。酒店房間大及清潔。適閤家庭類客人。

While the cleanliness was good, the daily housekeeping wasn’t available as listed on their website or yours for amenities.  We got an unprofessional answer from a staff member who on request gave us extra towels that due to salary/wages and time of year that daily housekeeping wasn’t being done. We stayed two nights and needed rubbish removed and sheets changed, also new towels, bath mat replaced daily. If we wanted to stay in self serviced apartments, fair enough, but we were staying in a hotel/resort without a kitchen sink to wash our wine glasses provided or the glasses etc.  I found that they left cleaning clothes and dish wash liquid under the bathroom sink which I think is wrong as due to health regulations, you don’t wash dishes in the bathroom sink. It’s a hotel not a self contained apartment.

方便一家帶1-2孩子出行。孩子可以睡梳化床。開車來方便。車輛可以停在酒店地下車庫。是公寓式，餐具，鍋具齊全。開車5分鐘就有一個大超市。買回來自己可以做飯。這裡是大洋路的起點。從機場開車到這裏2小時不到。住一晚，第二天可以自駕遊。

Stayed for 1 night in Autum. It was a little pricey for my budget. The location was good, it was across the road from the beach but would need a car or bike to the main shopping area & restaurants on the esplanade. The 2-bedroom apartment was nice & spacious with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave & laundry facilities. Ensuite & main bathroom. Our room had a large balcony however our view was not great but didnt spoil the stay. The only issues where the couches are old & not very comfy. The resort facilities were nice with a large outdoor pool that was warm for a non-heated pool, outdoor large spa that was always busy. Spent most of the time in the heated indoor lap pool. There was a games room, tennis court, gym & bbq area. The staff were also obliging in letting us use the facilities before check in was ready. The only issue was Winkipops breakfast cafe, service was not professional, the food was average with lack of presentation, they ran out of some of the ingredients of the meal order & instead of consulting me they just added other ingredients that was not wanted & the price did not reflect the meal or service thus I would not recommend eating there. Overall, highly recommend the resort.

Great place for families. Just a little old and worn great pool area. We loved the easter bunny visit.

On arrival we were booked in by Marcia, who was just lovely. Our room was very clean and tidy, very large shower and king size bed, which was very comfortable. The carport is not numbered to the rooms, so it just hit or miss with parking. The only real negative in the room would be the sliding wire door was very flimsy and you couldn't lock it if you wanted to leave the glass door open overnight. Overall we did have a nice stay, I would recommend that the rooms have some sort of literature about the local area including where you can eat etc.

Was very busy and loud , nowhere to sit by the pool area. No restaurant even though it’s advertised as a restaurant it was a cafe that served limited food and closed very early. Not adequate for the price paid, looked more like a $200 a night hotel rather than the $500 we paid, expected a lot more for the price.

Wyndham Resort Torquay have been a pleasant stay with lovely and friendly staff that answer to your needs readily.
