The hotel was just ok. Don't understand how it's a 3* hotel. The first room they tried to put us in had damage to the Sheetrock in multiple places. The second room was ok. The location is awful. ********** and homeless people all over the parking lot and surrounding area during the day. At night I'll just say that Ladies of the Night are a plenty. Continental breakfast was meh. There were flies and gnats everywhere. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

We actually were unable to stay at the hotel due to a snow/ice storm. We had booked through 永安 and had to work with customer service and the hotel to get a refund. While it was not guaranteed we get a refund, due to the circumstances we were not charged for our stay that we were unable to make it to. Big thank you to both parties.

Very affordable for a full suite! The room was clean, comfortable, and updated to be very modern. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so we were disturbed by a rowdy group of guests at 3am. If people didn’t behave as animals, this would’ve been a 10/10 stay! The area of town isn’t the greatest as there are a LOT of homeless, which is probably a reason to the cheaper room rates, but the room itself is fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.
