大使酒店 (Ambassadeurs Hôtel)

酒店位置還算不錯，可以步行走到老城區，旁邊還有花園！很多酒店在附近。 還有早餐，這個費用算可以吧！ 但設施有點老舊，服務算是中規中矩。 前台禮賓處一個老頭幫忙打車，突尼斯打車打表很便宜的，酒店打到市區打表一般四五塊突尼斯幣。 那個老頭給我看了一輛車，收我25！ 嚴重懷疑他跟司機私自收取費用了。 我下車親眼看到打表4塊多！

Un hôtel vraiment superbe ! Dès l’arrivée, on se sent bien accueilli. Le personnel est souriant et disponible, la chambre impeccable et très confortable. J’ai adoré le cadre, agréable et reposant, parfait pour se détendre. Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner qui était excellent. Je recommande sans hésitation !

酒店雖然設施有些陳舊但很乾凈，服務周到熱情

Staff not friendly, checking in was a nightmare door keys not working, dingy dark areas in corridors,lifts lights not working, vending machine not working, rooms and utilities not as they appear in pics food breakfast was average ,language barrier,noisy,very strict to have visitors,a place i will not return to. Only good thing was airport shuttle on departure day

For those who complain about traffic noise. All hotels on busy areas will have noise. Don't be angry with the hotel. They cannot control traffic noise. How about investing in earplugs. I bring them everywhere, just in case. Get over yourself. When you leave for the day How about placing the card on the door to have your room cleaned!! How about mentioning it to the reception when leaving for the day!! Of course not, you prefer to complain. I've been here a week, and not one day has passed that I do not see the cleaners on the floor. Need something, kindly ask and they will be more than happy to assist you. Stop behaving entitle, and have some respect. Stop being cheap and expecting think you will be handed a platinum platter. Every one from the reception, security that is outside the bars, cleaners etc have been kind and curious. As well, just because your mother catters to you hand and foot, do not expect the same at the hotels. They are not your parent. Grow up and take responsibility! The bed is my mess 🤣 afterthought to take photo. Room is clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Le pire des pire, à éviter, Dans 5 réceptionniste 1 seul était professionnel Le premier, nous sommes arrivés il a aidé un taxi a nous prendre 60 dinars pour une course de 12minutes, alors que pendant les courses on nous prenait deux à 6.500 dinars, avec le compteur. Ils nous ont refusé le faire à repasser pendant 2 jours, il nous disait de repasser demain à chaque fois. Très peu de variété en petit déjeuner, tout le monde rester à réfléchir quoi manger car pas d’options et pas bon. Le dîner c’était un peu mieux. Les gobelets en papier pour vous servir des cafés lait et l’eau chaude, un client les a dit qu’on n’était pas des clocharde mais ils ont pas changé. Ils ont enlevé notre serviette de bain le jour de départ pendant qu’on était dehors à visiter et j’ai redemandé, la femme de chambre m’a dit que les départ n’on pas le droit au nouvel serviette, apart le Park belvédère devant l’hôtel, le cartier derrière il faut éviter, remplis de poubelles. Apart le parc zoologique qui est riche en animaux malgré tout ils sont enfermés… C’est un vrai arnaque. Pire hotel en 10 ans de voyage tout les ans.

The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day. Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.

One of the worst hotels I have even been to, Was not welcomed in friendly manner, was a fight and police at reception when I arrived, Was given a room with balcony door not locking When I arrived at my room, the cleaner was sleeping and was smoking in the room After checking in and going through the hustle, there was no WiFi and was massively interrupted and had to borough someone’s SIM card and topped it up to use it till 7am where the owner of the sim had to go home I must say, go anywhere else but ambassador hotel 0 recommendations for this hotel
