I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Hotel Treebo Windsor, Ooty**, and it was an experience I won't forget anytime soon. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and politeness, making us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and helpful nature truly stood out and enhanced our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated, offering an **awesome view** of the surrounding hills and lush greenery. Waking up to the scenic landscape was both refreshing and peaceful — a treat for anyone looking to escape the city's chaos. The **relaxing environment** of the property, combined with Ooty's cool weather, made it an ideal getaway for us to unwind and recharge. The **food was another highlight** — fresh, delicious, and served with care. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was satisfying and full of flavor. They also catered to our preferences without hesitation, which was a big plus. One of the unexpected but delightful surprises was the **bonfire arranged every night**. It was a great opportunity to gather around with other guests, enjoy the warmth, share stories, and truly soak in the holiday spirit. Not worthy, room spaces are very small, there was no water on first day stay because of that we lost entire day, and very high price for this , and food is worst , I don’t konw how this hotel got 3* rating .

Rooms are very small for pricing. It is very hard to reach the location because it is narrow and hilly roads. Breakfast is very poor quality and with very limited options. But Good hospitality.!!

Treebo windsor heights was excellent property to stay. Best part was the food. Limited options but excellent test. And the service of the staff and helpers was tremendously good.

Very basic think not followed properly, like they provide coffee powder and tea powder and milk powder put they didn't give mixing stick and fan not working properly and housekeeping not clean the room properly (already used double not cleared from restroom) wi-fi connection is not good. Restaurant order food are good complementary food not good they used maida to make puri employee behaviour is good

Our stay was good and hill view was great. Room was spacious and very neat and clean. Evening they provided campfire with bollywood music which was awesome experience. What we didn’t like the approach road to hotel which was very narrow. Food was ok ok. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Price is quite expensive not worth the money. Water was not coming for sometime. Room was too small even though we booked deluxe room. There is no view at all. Bathroom flesh was not working for sometime after asking several times only they repaired. The way to hotel road is bit difficult. Other than that it was okk only. But it is not up to the price what we payed for.
