Room- Stayed in the Lower Cottage. Though the room is old but spacious and well maintained. Food- Average, need to work on their menu a bit. Amenities - Neetly maintained roads, restaurant and complex. A lot of open areas to go for a stroll and enjoy the weather of Ooty.

We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, vintage room bungalow, restaurant, and services at this place. It’s definitely a must-visit destination. However, we encountered a minor issue: a rat sound that emanated from the wooden roof during the night. Unfortunately, it disrupted our sleep and made it difficult for us to relax. Addressing this rat problem would make the stay even more appealing.

Decent rooms and decent food . Good place to stay with safe Car parking. This is my 2nd experience at the same hotel .

The location was superb as it is in the centre of Ooty town. We could see the Ooty town by walk and get back to the room easily. The service was also superb. The old rooms were well maintained, neat and clean with hot water facilities. Very much satisfied.

The stay at YWCA Anandagiri was pathetic. No staff came to clean washroom (which by the way was not attached to the room) or change bedsheets. The room was old and damaged and water jugs and other cutlery were damaged too. Resturant staff was rude and unprofessional not just to us but to other guests as well. Definetly not worth spending a penny at this place. Dead vibe place.

Ywca anandgiri was located in middle of city on ettines road so location is good, had ample parking space as well, bed was small in length compared to 6 ft person, cleanliness was okay, for warm water kettle was not there so had to ask warm water each time from reception. Restaurant had both veg and non veg options so couldn't eat. Overall average stay with few things which can be improved also i stayed in bungalow which cost 2500 per person if you book directly but mmt charged me 3k per night which is 500 more per night.

Stay was excellent. Staff decent and submissive. Food was also excellent. In nut shell a decent experience. Recommend to everyone please. Merry christmas celebration in ooty ywca guest house, ootcamund nilgiris. Just beware, there are no heaters in any of the rooms. And they have fire places with no wood. Enjoy!
