Please dont get flattered with the name STERLING in this particular location FERN HILL. Such a bad experience we had. Location was too remote even for 2kms road was too bad it was very hard for us to reach in car. Next the hotel experience it is no where a point near to star property we should give-1 STAR rating for this property. Awful room, very poorly maintained room with very small size wash room. Also rooms and washroom were very stinky and stained. For 10k per room it is totally worthless. They dont have any proper boards to get ***** the property it was very confusing to check with their amenities although they had zero maintenence amenities too. Finally the complimentary breakfast a total zero it was like normal buffet in hotel with no varieties , hard breads, zero tasted desserts except few main course was good. A big No for this property in Ooty if you expect it will look like a star property it is better to choose someother cheaper and better properties.

Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.
