As for the management, the government is keeping tabs on foreigners asking for all the documents for legally entering the country. It’s really hostile for management to act like immigration officers. And then bothering again and again because they made a mistake in filing some government intimations forms about a foreigner being here. No other hotel system in other states have bothered me about my documents even after I entered this country legally. They placed us in a corner and forgot about us. Room service only showed up after 3rd day, room cleaning. Overall, this place is just a fancy looking place with poor services. FYI their food was horrible, it tasted like rubbish, weird blend of spices that didn’t even felt like Indian food. I ordered Gobi Manchurian and some fries that arrived cold. Outside food is not allowed, so I had to walk a quarter of a km away in the cold so be prepared. 4 star resort with 2 star service.

Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well managed although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on 永安 and directly with hotel.....永安 was less for the same Privilege Suite....
