Cette hôtel bien accueille chaleureux Ne pas dormi de problème de groupe Arriver bruit ils sont chanté parler dérange beaucoup pour le week-end, éviter réserver 

Camera più grande della media (era una superior) letto molto comodo con doppio cuscino e bagno ampio e luminoso. Ottima la pulizia della stanza e degli ambienti comuni. Un po' piccola e sacrificata la sala colazione in un 4 stelle e per il prezzo pagato la mancanza dì un ristorante all'interno resta un'incognita. Male anche il parcheggio per gli ospiti era chiaro che ad hotel completo non poteva contenere tutte le auto in relazione al numero di stanze. Molto male scoprire solo al check out che era a pagamento.

Tutto bene a parte la colazione... Ho dormito due giorni, la prima colazione è andata bene, i tavoli erano apparecchiati. La seconda mattina era di lunedì, dovevi apparecchiarti te la tavola... Che in un 4 stelle non è cosa... Chiesto spiegazioni... Non le hanno date...

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato una stanza lì per motivi di viaggio e siamo rimasti molto contenti con la nostra camera era ben pulita bellissima stanza molto grande e con il personale molto gentile. Complimenti per tutto lo staff! 👏🏼🤗. Torneremo di sicuro!

My stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant experience. If you want to experience the same, feel free to book here. On the first day, I asked the staff to notify me when my luggage was delivered to the hotel. One of the employees put my bag in the luggage room without informing anyone. When I asked multiple times during my stay, everyone just said they didn’t know. If I asked that many times, they should have at least checked the luggage room once. Moreover, the staff here are clearly not professionally trained. Their internal communication is terrible, and they are unwelcoming. One of the female staff members even hung up on me while I was explaining my situation, as if my call was a nuisance. Other managers and staff didn’t listen either and just kept talking over me, showing a complete lack of basic customer service and respect. When I was checking out, the receptionist asked if I had a pleasant stay, and I felt like they were mocking me. They were fully aware of the situation, and when they asked if I had feedback, the rude female staff member said she’d call the manager without even apologizing. The manager, too, showed no remorse, simply saying, “I’ll apologize for the situation, but there’s nothing I can do.” This shows the overall attitude of the hotel—guests are not treated as guests. Furthermore, I experienced racial discrimination. As an Asian woman traveling alone, I felt they were extremely biased and discriminatory. About the hotel room: I booked the hotel to enjoy peace and quiet in a natural setting, but instead, I faced a noisy highway and construction right outside. There was no peace. If you open the window, many insects fly in. The cleaning staff are noisy every morning, so there is no chance for quiet. The gym has no mirrors and only basic equipment, and the spa costs €25 to use. This hotel gave me a terrible first impression of Milan, and I hope other guests don’t have to go through the same.
