凱藝套房酒店 (Quality Inn & Suites)

My children traveled from overseas and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at your facility When checking in (around 8 or 9pm) the evening staff was a heavy-set female who had one of the most non-chalant attitudes I have ever seen. Didn't get her name. But No smiles, no pleasant greeting-NOTHING. Upon entering our room, at first glance the room appeared clean. As we looked further, we discovered the microwave had an explosion of food in it. The refrigerator freezer needed defrosting and the fridge was unclean as well. There were left over keys from other rooms left in the dresser drawers . The shower curtain smelled and had dirty stains all over it. The bathtub was dirty and could've used a hefty round of Tylex or Bleach. If ever there was a time I wish I had taken photos then that was the time. My room# was 235. I'm pretty certain that it is probably STILL like this. Please check for yourself. Also, there were many people hanging out in front of their rooms using room chairs on the 2nd floor, loitering around their rooms or others, It was a bit unsettling and uncomfortable. I'm sure some of the hotel guests can verify what I am saying as there was a bit of a commotion as I was checking out (July 3, 2023) with another guest who complained of many of the same things I've complained about but was wayyyy more vocal about it. That facility needs to SERIOUSLY be investigated!!! The only good experience I had there was morning front desk clerk on July 1, 2023, I didn't get her name but she was MAGNIFICENT!!! LOVED HER. Need more like her. If I could have canceled my stay there...I WOULD HAVE!!!!
