The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days.

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. 永安 did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Other than that, we were very happy with the staff and service at Sheraton North Orlando. Thank you!

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

Nice clean hotel, location is in a business district with no open local restaurants within walking distance with the exception of an Applebee's a couple of blocks away. Other than that it was a nice quiet place and would recommend to others.

入住的時候問前台，説不收停車費，結果被扣了20美金停車費。房間空調吵得不行，而且靠着高速，簡直不能睡覺，設施也非常舊，一晚上都沒有睡覺，不推薦！我也不會再去了！
