I selected this hotel for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was no longer there. The pool was small and there were no lounge chairs.
Room was very dark. Needed higher voltage light bulbs. Hotel just seemed dated and in need of a make over. Really surprised because most Marriott properties are better than this.
Cleaning staff went above and beyond and were very friendly.

Dear Marriott Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Marriott, and I felt compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the hotel appeared outdated, and the check-in counter area was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable right from the start. These initial impressions were disheartening, but I was unable to obtain a refund when I inquired, so I chose to stay for the duration of my five-day reservation.
During my stay, the issues persisted, and overall, the experience was disappointing. As a loyal customer who has always appreciated Marriott’s reputation for quality, this particular experience did not live up to my expectations.
I kindly request that you review this matter and consider offering some form of compensation or resolution for the discomfort and inconvenience I experienced. I hope that this feedback can help improve future stays for other guests.
