地理位置唔錯，距離難波地鐵站只需走幾分鐘，附近有幾間大型商場方便購物。體驗不錯，親切有禮，服務細緻 

地點極佳，好近難波站，酒店舒適及新淨，值得推薦

The location is good—approximately a 10-minute walk from Namba Station after reaching ground level. It's easy to navigate even with luggage. The staff were welcoming and could communicate well enough in English, so there was no language barrier. However, there is only one lift, so the waiting time was generally long. There was a false alarm at 2 a.m. on my second night, forcing everyone to evacuate. No staff were present to instruct residents to leave the premises. Some guests even used the lift about 10 minutes after the alarm started. We stood outside the hotel for over 40 minutes, unsure of what to expect or what to do. The fire services and police eventually arrived, but they were not obliged to tell us what had happened. Eventually, a staff arrived and explained that someone had accidentally triggered the alarm. They sent us cakes as an apology the next day. The hotel should seriously consider having late-night staff on standby in case of emergencies—or at least someone who could reach the hotel quickly. I can't imagine what could have happened if there had been a real fire or another natural disaster, such as an earthquake.

It was an experience that perfectly blended traditional charm with modern comfort. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, the hotel offered a quiet escape from the city buzz, yet was conveniently located near public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. 乾淨，現代，設施很新日常維護的也很好，住的很舒服！ 地理位置也不錯！ 退房後忘了朋友送的禮物在房間，工作人員都很努力的幫忙尋找後失而復得，很滿意。 是下次還會考慮入住的酒店。

房間很新，checkin出現小小問題 但是前台很快就解決。新開的酒店裝修也不錯，不像之前印象中的日本酒店，距離心齋橋也很近，走路5-10分鐘就到了，沒有想象中的遠，心齋橋吃完飯還可以散步回酒店！最重要的是酒店樓下有密碼鎖，還算比較安全。英語溝通沒問題，下次可能還會選擇！洗髮液很香，酒店也有免費的牙刷梳子水等等，不錯

This is a new hotel so you can expect most of the things are clean and tidy. But as it’s new, there are a few caveats you should be very aware of if you intend to stay in this hotel: 1. The room is only cleaned once very four days. You can’t find this mentioned anywhere, and the staff will only tell you about this when they are asked. The only cleaning task they will do every day is to provide you with clean towels placed in a black bag hanging at your door for your collection every morning. That’s it. They won’t tell you how you should deal with your used towels in your room, and how you should dispose of your rubbish when your bin is overflowing. 2. There is no door access card. When you check in the staff will provide you with a PIN code which can be used to unlock the room door. The access pad on the room door is not easy to be used by old people and children. Not to mention after 10pm at night the hotel front door is locked with no staff standing by, you need to look for the access pad outside the hotel building, enter your PIN in order to enter the hotel. I witnessed two young hotel guests who were stuck at the front door because they don’t know how to use the access pad, and don’t remember their PIN code. 3. There is only one lift in the hotel. Yes, only one! So you can imagine during busy hours like in the morning how long you need to wait for the lift. Not to mention if it’s out of service? Seems the only option is to walk the stairs. Other than the above, the hotel facility is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, but there will be things the hotel needs to improve in order to make it a guest friendly hotel.

This newly opened hotel—just one month old—is a great find. It’s conveniently located near Namba Station, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Reception is staffed from 9 AM to 11 PM, and luggage storage is available during those hours. The facilities are all brand new and spotless. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds—not too hard, not too soft. The water pressure is strong, and hot water is consistent. The bathroom features a modern toilet with UV sterilization after each use, and the large TV screen adds a nice touch for relaxing after a long day.

우선 제가 리뷰를 정말 안남기는편인데요 너무 괜찮았어서 남깁니다. 오사카여행에서 호텔들 대부분이 너무 작아서 케리어도 풀기 힘든데요 여긴 완전 넓어서 짐푸는걸 넘어서 바닥에서도 여유있게 2~3사람 성인도 누워도 괜찮은 수준이었어요 그리고 도미토리 혹은 지하철역까지 거리가 처음에는 괜찮다 생각했는데 오사카여행이 걷는게 많다보니 3~4일차때는 숙소 들어가는게 힘들어지더라구요ㅎㅎ 하지만, 호텔에 거의 한국인수준으로 대화가능한 직원분도 계셨고 어메니티도 1층에 비치되어있어서 편하게 이용 가능했고요 지인과 함께간 여행이었거든요 지인은 다른숙소를 잡았는데 너무 작아서 업그레이드했는데 우린 아무문제없이 편안하게 여행했습니다. 다만 청소가 4일동안 없더라고요 물론 요청하니까 쓰레기정도는 치워주시긴하는데 기본적인 청소는 포함이 안되어있는 것 같았습니다. 다음에 오사카를 간다면 또 이용할거에요 그리고 시티뷰인데 앞에 건물이 없어서 시야가 뻥뚤려 시원하고 좋습니다!

신상호텔이라 너무 좋았어요 일본 호텔치고 여유있는 객실공간에 깔끔한 객실이 굿 한국어 하시는 직원분도 있어서 좋았어요
