Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stata. La camera molto carina e il bagno bellissimo. La pulizia perfetta in ogni angolo della struttura e vari servizi utili a disposizione dei clienti. Infine lo staff davvero gentile e disponibile. Davvero nulla di negativo da dire, solo belle parole.

這間酒店已住了好幾次因為勝價比很高, 酒店位置很方便房間也很闊落, 床也很大可三邊落床. 酒店也有休息地方可免費飲COFFEE AND WATER. 酒店服務員流利英語很容易溝通.

Hotel located in heart of Shinsaibashi, close by the metro, shopping and plenty of eating choices. Hotel has laundry, ice machine and coffee making facilities in the communal area. What we don’t like about the hotel room is the lack of hanging space and no elevated space to place your luggage or bags. The wardrobe is very small and there is no luggage rack. All our bags were on the floor. We have stayed in many smaller sized room hotels in Japan like the Sotetsu but at least the room was thoughtful in design.

房間簡潔乾淨，設施齊全，衞生間是淋浴，空間夠大。定的是大床房3口之家入住2個30寸的箱子和一個登機箱全部可以打開，2樓大堂有洗衣間，烘乾100日元8分鐘，洗衣500日元39分鐘。有免費的水和咖啡。酒店位置簡直是太好了！

New centrally located hotel with English speaking staff. Room is small but it has everything I need, I especially love the tile bathroom which is rare in Japan Location is unbeatable, tons of cute bars and restaurants in the area and few min walk go closest subways.

飯店距離商圈以及地鐵都非常近！ 設施齊全，服務人員非常親切 24小時都有人在服務台完全不用擔心～ 並且也有會中文的服務員！

性價比不錯的酒店，地理位置絕了！步行至心齋橋和地鐵口都超級近，可以逛累了中途回來放東西在接着逛！太方便了，衞生條件也不錯，有中文前台。入住的外國人較多，國人比較少。下次如果來還會再住的地方！打車去環球也不算遠

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is located very near Shinsaibashi station and the shopping street and combini stores are just round the corner. The staff here are very friendly and it's such a joy talking to them. Will definitely choose this place again if I'm making a 永安 to Osaka in future!

Very convenient hotel in Osaka, appreciated cleanliness et kindness of staff. Laundry was a positive point too and large common place. Room was very functional with two quite large single beds. Everything was in reach like Metro, Dotonbori area and shopping streets. Fully recommend this Hotel

這間酒店已住了好幾次因為勝價比很高, 酒店位置很方便房間也很闊落, 床也很大可三邊落床. 酒店也有休息地方可免費飲COFFEE AND WATER. 酒店服務員流利英語很容易溝通.

My significant other and I enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is located very near Shinsaibashi station and the shopping street and combini stores are just round the corner. Very convenient hotel in Osaka, appreciated cleanliness et kindness of staff. Laundry was a positive point too and large common place. Room was very functional with two quite large single beds. Everything was in reach like Metro, Dotonbori area and shopping streets. Fully recommend this Hotel
